Who is eligible to participate in the program?
The program is open to all the dealers who purchase only from authorized distributors of Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd.

How to Register for the first time?
Each new dealer can download the registration form from www.sukamlife.com and send it back to the program center or alternatively fill the form on the web site and submitting there itself. Later, Su-kam will provide the new dealers with a Welcome Kit which will comprise of a reward catalogue, welcome letter and two passbooks.
Till when can a Dealer register/join the Su-Kam life Program?
The Su-Kam Life Program is an open ended program. A dealer can make a beginning anytime during the course of the program. He needs to register with Su-Kam and continue to participate until the program is run by Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd.

How do I get the stickers during this program?
Based on your purchases the new stickers will be provided to you by the distributor. Each sticker will carry one point. The stickers will be provided to the dealers by distributors based upon the purchase of the below given product categories:

Can I share my WIN with a sister organization/Dealer?
No, you cannot share your points with any other organization or dealer. Thus a combined bid for redemption of the product from the Reward Catalog shall not be honored.
When do I need to report the passbooks to the Su-Kam Life Program Center?
It is mandatory that all passbooks alongwith the stickers pasted on them have to be reported to the Su-Kam Life Program Center after every two months of purchase. from the Wholesaler.
How does a Dealer redeem rewards against his points accumulated?
The dealer would routinely get his accumulated stickers from the wholesalers and keep them pasting on the passbook provided to him. The dealers can check their account status (By calling Su-Kam Life Program Center). It is mandatory that all dealers report their passbooks along with the pasted stickers available with them after every two months to the program center and if they wish to redeem the stickers at the end of the year, they can do so by calling the program center and giving their redemption requests on the passbooks as well.

Can I alter my alter my redemption request at any point of time?
No you cannot. The redemption request once registered cannot be edited or deleted.
How much time does it take to get the redeemed Reward?
Once the reward is claimed, the Su-Kam Life Program Centre will take care of the logistics and get the same to you within 8-12 weeks time.
Can I Exchange my points for Cash?
No, this is a reward and recognition program and Points can only be redeemed against a variable set of rewards. Rewards can be redeemed only against Rewards Points and not cash.
