Terms & Conditions

  1. “Su-Kam Life Program” is the brand name of the trade relationship run by “Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd” with its representative agency “Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd.” for its business associates.
  2. This is a one-time process for the enrollment to Su-Kam Life. You are free to join anytime you wish to. The enrolling partner has to ensure that he furnishes information in its true form and any mis-represented information will result in permanent disqualification, from the program and schemes run by Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd.
  3. The program is open for the enrollment for the dealers of Su-Kam who make purchases of Su-Kam Products listed below from the wholesalers of Su-Kam.
  4. All Su-Kam products are available without this program also.
  5. Computation of the reward mechanics shall be final, conclusive and binding on the participating member and can not be disputed or questioned.
  6. Company reserves the right to put an upper limit cap on the number of reward points accrued.
  7. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change or alter any points allocated to the specific products. The basis of the parameters for reward points may or may not be disclosed to the program members.
  8. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd reserves the right for reward mechanics and computation of the reward mechanics shall be final, conclusive and binding on the dealers and will not be eligible for any dispute or questioned.
  9. Winners will not have the option to take CASH in lieu of any kind of prices/awards/incentives. The awards will be redeemed only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the Su-Kam Life Reward Catalog.
  10. Redemption of reward points against any outstanding or payments due to any distributor/premier dealer are not permissible.
  11. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd or its appointed agency is not responsible for delays in courier/post for the claims/documentation to be received as part of the program.
  12. The reward merchandise would be available for redemptions against the stickers accrued & submitted by the Dealers. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd or its agency will not be responsible for any loss of stickers done by the dealer or lost in transit/mail or courier. The same holds good for any kind of incentive scheme launched from Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd from time to time.
  13. Under no circumstances are the points transferable between companies and individuals or from one scheme to another.
  14. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, alter or close the Su-Kam Life Program at any point of time without giving any reason(s) or notice on its own discretion.
  15. The points or stickers credited to the account will be only valid for one financial year.(Year will be calculated from April 01st to 31st March of next year)
  16. The merchandise available for redemption would carry its standard manufacturer warranty unless mentioned thereof separately. All such request for maintenance/warranty issues to Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd or to the appointed agency would no be entertained. For such issues you will have to directly approach the manufacturer/authorized agent/distributor at your own cost.
  17. All products features in Su-Kam Life Catalogue are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties/restrictions at the time of redemption. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd gives no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product/services acquired under the rewards program.
  18. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at any time without any prior notice. Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd or its appointed agency will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit.
  19. Redemption Request has to be necessarily made on the Redemption forms, which will be in the Pass Book. Redemption request once given to Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd. cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed. On redemption, the rewards points would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated balance.
  20. Goods will reach you within 8-12 weeks of receipt of the redemption request on a best effort basis. Notwithstanding the same, Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd will not be held liable for any delay beyond this time period.
  21. The responsibility of the company or agency ceases after the delivery of the merchandise available for redemptions under the program
  22. Company reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any rewards at any time without any prior notice. Company also reserves the right to change the number of reward points required for redemption for any product as mentioned in the reward catalogue.
  23. All products indicated in the reward catalogue are indicative in nature and shape, size and color and may vary as shown in the reward catalogue.
  24. At the time of the redemption if the product mentioned in the catalogue is not available then Su-Kam or its agency has the right to offer the substitute product.
  25. In case the substitute product is of higher value then Su-Kam and its agency has the right to deduct the required points from the dealer total tally.
  26. Company is nowhere making an acknowledgement on behalf of the Business Associate’s firm in endorsing the latter’s products or services. Any claim made by the Business Associate’s to the contrary will result in their expulsion from the program.
  27. Neither company nor the agency will be held responsible for the late, lose, misdirect, damaged incomplete or illegible promotional materials or typographical or other errors in printing or advertising of materials related to this program.
  28. Program member is liable to disqualification/expulsion from the program on the interpretation/report of any unfair trade practices being practiced during the course of the program.
  29. Company reserves the right to disqualify any program member from the program and any other agency or company run program without assigning any reason/justification thereof to the aggrieved program member or any other person represented by the member.
  30. Withdrawl/Termination of dealership will automatically lead to the termination of the membership and forfeiture of all accumulated reward points.
  31. Gifts or good once delivered to the entitled dealer will not be exchanged at any points of time with a new or alternate product..
  32. The existence of a dispute if any regarding the products/services shall not constitute a claim against Su-Kam Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. and its appointed agency’s decision will be final and binding, in case of any disputes over the program implementation, the disputes if any are subject to Courts of Delhi.
